PLACEHOLDER — This document is sample text for demonstration only. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by qualified counsel and the business owner before launch. 1. Booking and payment A vendor table booking is confirmed only when payment has been received in full through the website and a confirmation email with a booking reference has been issued. Table holds made during checkout expire automatically if payment is not completed. 2. Approved products Vendors may sell trading cards (including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece and sports cards), sealed trading-card products, graded cards, card supplies and accessories, and other collectibles approved by the promoter in writing. Counterfeit, proxy or unauthorized reproductions are prohibited. Game names are used to describe product types only and do not imply any affiliation with their publishers. 3. Table use Tables must be staffed by the vendor or an authorized representative during all published show hours. Tables may not be sub-let, shared or transferred without written approval. Displays must remain within the table footprint and keep aisles clear. 4. Table assignment For package bookings the promoter assigns table numbers before the show. The promoter may relocate any table for safety, accessibility or venue requirements and will notify the vendor of changes. 5. Setup and teardown Vendors must arrive within the published setup window and complete teardown by the published time. Vendors are responsible for removing all materials and leaving the space as found. 6. Conduct Vendors must follow venue rules, treat attendees and staff respectfully and comply with all applicable laws. The promoter may remove a vendor for violations without refund. 7. Taxes, licenses and insurance Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, holding any required licenses or permits, and carrying insurance for their goods and activities. 8. Liability The promoter and venue are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to vendor property. Vendors agree to indemnify the promoter for claims arising from their goods, conduct or displays. 9. Cancellation and refunds Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy accepted at booking. 10. Changes to these terms These terms are versioned. The version accepted at booking applies to that booking.
