Refund and Cancellation Policy

When refunds apply, how they're issued and what happens to the table.

Full refund 14+ days before the show, 50% refund 7–13 days before, no refund within 7 days. Event cancellation by the promoter: full refund.

Vendor cancellations - 14 or more days before the show: full refund of the table price and add-ons. - 7 to 13 days before the show: 50% refund. - Fewer than 7 days before the show, or no-show: no refund. Requests must be sent to the promoter's contact email from the address used at booking. 2. How refunds are issued Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Depending on the card issuer, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear. 3. Event changes by the promoter If the promoter cancels an event, all confirmed vendors receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, vendors may keep their booking for the new date or request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement. 4. Table changes A refunded table is not automatically released. The promoter decides whether a table stays booked, is blocked, is released for resale or is reassigned. 5. Add-ons Add-ons follow the same schedule as the table price. 6. Chargebacks Please contact the promoter before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly.
