What we collect When you book a table we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, product categories, any placement or accessibility requests, and where required, tax or resale certificate information. When you contact us or join the event-alert list we collect the details you provide. 2. Payments Card details are entered directly into a payment form provided by Square and are never stored on our servers. We store only the payment status, amount, a payment reference and, when available, the card brand and last four digits for receipts and support. 3. How we use information To process and manage bookings, communicate about events you booked, respond to inquiries, send event alerts you opted into, comply with legal obligations and keep the service secure. 4. Sharing We share information with service providers who help us run the site (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, file storage) and with the venue where necessary for event operations. We do not sell personal information. 5. Retention Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete marketing data at any time. 6. Your choices You can unsubscribe from event alerts using the link in any alert email or by contacting us. Transactional booking emails are required to deliver the service you purchased. 7.
